A: If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we are happy to help! Please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship Australia wide and New Zealand
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $59, or free local delivery (61612-6167) for orders over $49. Free shipping within New Zealand on orders over $79.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, it might take 2-7 days for parcels to arrive.
Q: What shipping company do you use?
A: We use Australia post to ship our orders, as it is the most trustworthy shipping company to use.
Q: Will I be able to track my order once it's shipped?
A: Yes, a tracking number will be provided so you know when to expect your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Sale items are not accepted.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please get in touch with us right away with your order number and photos - we will make it right!
